Many of our clients are placed in two other housing classifications; while they are waiting for SMLS Housing. Our most basic is called “Emergency Housing” and we use it only when nothing else is available, and such housing is unlikely to be renovated to meet GA Standards. We have another classification of Housing called “Migration Housing” and this form of housing often can be renovated to meet GA Standards at some point in future. All new global construction at this point (excluding in UAE), is built to meet SMLS Standards.
